Now, let's get to the recipe. Here are the ingredients:- 8 oz. bow tie pasta
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives, chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, red onion, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and kalamata olives.
- Drizzle lemon juice and olive oil over the pasta and toss to combine.
- Add feta cheese and gently toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
